Where is it?
The 3rd Annual Ottawa Lumière Festival will start at the St Patrick’s Street Bridge (Off Beechwood) and will follow the path down to Stanley Park. It is a fantastic venue with a natural route, a playground, access to water for the water lanterns, and the history of being in New Edinburgh’s community meeting place. Stanley Park is blocks away from Historic Rideau Hall.
