Claude E. Lacelle

Claude Lacelle

Claude E. Lacelle is a retired Respiratory Therapist , for whom retirement has allowed him to fulfill his artistic yearnings. Claude’s works are mostly in wood, metal, glass and plastic. Most pieces are designed on his computers and brought to reality in his small basement workshop. Claude designs and builds lamps, lamp hangers, birdhouses, bat-houses and garden ornamental

For Lumière, Claude has created a red cedar lantern. This lamp is constructed of red cedar, recycled plastics, glass, and a recycled metal hanger. The art work is laminated on the four (4) plastic fresnel lens. The art work (Organicube Blue) was conceived from four (4) outlined squares (key pads) which were then digitized, manipulated and coloured via computers. This is an original unpublished work.
